Andy Blanks is a builder at heart. Whether it is a book, a sermon, a piece of furniture, or an organization, Andy is most at home when he is creating. Over the past two decades, God has allowed Andy to be a part of starting or growing various dynamic organizations and initiatives. Andy is the co-founder and CEO of Iron Hill Press. He also co-founded and served as the former Publisher for YM360; he is still active as a board member and special projects consultant. He’s also the author of the Good For You Newsletter.

A former Marine and avid outdoorsman, Andy has authored numerous books, Bible studies, and articles and is a sought-after speaker at events and conferences, both for adults and teenagers. He is active in his local church, teaching adult, men’s, and youth small groups.

Andy and his wife, Brendt, were married in 2000 and have lived in Birmingham, AL, ever since. They have four children, three girls and one boy.
